Espresso
A 25ml shot of our house blend, pulled at 93°C.
Cortado
Equal parts espresso and warm milk, no foam.
Flat White
Double ristretto, velvety micro-foam, 150ml.
Latte
Single origin espresso, steamed milk, delicate latte art.
Cappuccino
Equal thirds espresso, milk, and airy foam.
Americano
Double espresso, extended with hot water.
Long Black
Hot water first, double ristretto poured over. Preserves the crema.
Macchiato
Espresso marked with a spoonful of textured milk.
